China State Construction Engineering Corp Ltd., a leading building contractor in the world, is seeking the qualified expat for the below vacancies in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for construction of high-end apartment building in about 80,000 M2:

PROJECT ARCHITECT
(Ho Chi Minh City)

Responsibilities:
* To verify the drawings for architect, structure and MEP work and coordinate among the contractor, relevant design consultant(s) to settle those inconsistent/discrepant in the drawing and design.
* To monitoring and supervise on preparation and submission of shop-drawings to and discuss with the design consultant for the approval.
* To strictly supervise and ensure the work done in compliance with the specification.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English and Chinese
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ho Chi Minh City.
* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
