Education: B.Sc. in Engineering from an internationally recognized university, preferably with professional membership in a recognized engineering society / institute.

Languages Required: English
Experience: Minimum Requirements
10 - 12 years of proven engineering experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry or public utilities.
Experience in maintenance scheduling, budgeting and estimating techniques.
Strong communication, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong project maintenance, organizational and time management skills.
Good PC knowledge of MS Office, maintenance software, SAP environment.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, the Lead Maintenance Engineer is responsible and will develop and organize the assigned discipline group related preventative / predictive maintenance, repair and improvement activities for assigned facilities/structures/systems.
Responsible for maintenance management of the assets for the assigned group of discipline. Accepts discipline group maintenance documentation from Contractor / project team.
Develops maintenance procedures to implement the planned preventive maintenance / Repairs / Shutdown regime to reduce the downtime of the Facility.
