This is a leading Tier 1 commercial construction firm with a well deserved reputation for delivering high end projects on time and under budget, in one of Australia's most competitive market places: Townsville.

A construction company is only as strong as the tenders the Chief Estimator wins. And as such, we need a Chief Estimator to secure major commercial projects that will contribute to the future success of the company.

This position requires a degree qualified senior estimator with a reputable background in winning and leading successful, large scale commercial building tenders with values up to $100 million. You'll currently be in a senior or chief estimating role with a medium to large sized construction company. When considering this role, it is important to note that you will need to have secured tenders of the aforementioned size for your current or another previous employer.

This professional appointment will see you based in Townsville on a permanent basis, thus affording you an idyllic lifestyle in a growing and well established metropolitan environment.
