Structural Engineer - Ready to take the lead of an established design team?
As a key part of our client's long term business strategy and succession planning, this high profile role has been created that will see the newly appointed Senior Structural Engineer working closely with the incumbent Engineer, learning the ropes prior to their retirement from the business. You will be introduced to all major business connections and stakeholders and given ample time to establish yourself before taking over the reins - and leading this established team.

* Bachelor Civil Engineering
* Minimum 10-15 years experience in structural design solutions within Australia; strong steel experience and RPEQ (or eligibility for) essential
* Strong interpersonal skills and experience or readiness to mentor a team
