Aerotek is proactively looking for Civil Designers and Drafters (Junior and well experienced professionals) for Projects locally in the Lower Mainland and Sites throughout Northern BC. These opportunities range from short term contracts to permanent positions.
Our Clients range from companies in Mining, Oil & Gas, and Construction Firms. Job functions are but not limited to: someone who has experience with civil drafting/land development from industrial, municiple or construction background. We are looking for candidate with experience working in either the oil sands or coal mining projects. Someone who can think and draft in 3D and at least 2 years of experience with AutoCAD 3D is important and considered an asset for these openings.
The qualifications for the position are:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Designing/Drafting
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Valid BC Drivers License
