POSTING FOR: Full time Contract Field Operators and Battery Operators in the Lloydminster area Emerge Oil & Gas Inc. is a high growth, private junior oil and gas producer with a balanced portfolio of assets located in the Lloydminster area. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Oil Battery and Field Operator will be responsible for, but not limited to: • the safe and effective operation of all plant and field facilities; • monitoring well performance, fluid levels, production equipment, well testing, BS&W determination, etc • dealing effectively with co-workers, suppliers and contractors; • completing production accounting with PVR. CANDIDATE PROFILE: As an ideal candidate, your background will include: • a minimum of 10 years of experience in the operation of oil wells and facilities and water flood injection facilities; • current and up-to-date safety training including first aid, CPR, H2S Alive, TDG and WHIMIS; • a valid and clear Class 5 driver’s license; and, • the ability to make quick and accurate assessments, and to take corrective actions to safely control and minimize losses.
