Team Supervisor

A market leader in water infrastructure engineering and consulting services, this organisation is looking for a Team Supervisor to provide leadership to their team. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Sydney West.

Reporting to the Design Manager, you will be second-in-charge for the Civil Infrastructure Team, who is responsible for coordinating and preparing design documents, liaison with clients, stakeholders and industry authorities, water/wastewater modelling, contract documentation, and more.

Because your leadership, management and technical skills will be essential to your new role, you will present with strong technical capability, commercial acumen and interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. This will be demonstrated by your tertiary engineering qualifications and demonstrated experience in the design and coordination of civil water infrastructure projects.

You will have had experience in working to WSAA codes and standards, and will have Australian PR/Citizenship.

A competitive salary package is negotiable on your level of experience and the requirements of this role.
