Our national based main tier Asphalting client has an urgent requiremnt for a Civils based Foreman to oversee their crew in Brisbane. Due to recent contract awards, they are looking to appoint the right candidate immediately.
This company is serious when it comes to recruiting talent and as such they are in a strong position to offer IMMEDIATE and ONGOING work to the right candidate.
Requirements:
Experience as a Civil Foreman with Main Road Projects or SimilarA Stable work history, local QLD knowledgeLooking to start work immediatelyExperience in operating with sub contractorsA Team player who has the ability to move the project through to completionDuties:
As the Civil Foreman you will manage a team including a leading hand, labourers and plant operators. You'll also be co-ordinating multiple sub-contractors and ensure they stick to the program ensuring the project deadlines are met. Your experience in road construction will be highly regarded while liaising with all Engineers.
Projects:
There are various road projects that are ongoing, with continual work through 2009 going into 2010. It includes upgrades and rehabilitation of the roads network in the SE QUEENSLAND region. What more could you ask for???
