Exterran is a New York Stock Exchange traded company and a global provider of oil and gas infrastructure and surface production solutions. Due to its business needs, its manufacturing arm in Singapore, B.T. Engineering Pte Ltd specializes in fabrication of pressure vessels, offshore structures, piping, topside modules, etc, would like to invite applications for the following position.

WELDING SUPERVISOR
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
* Manage and responsible for the welders’ performance.
* Ensure welders’ outputs are according to clients’ quality requirement
* Manpower planning and allocation of jobs.
* Responsible for the development of new processes and new welding procedures.
* Preparation of punch lists and actions to resolve outstanding issues.
* Provide advice and technical support to all parties during fabrication process.

Requirements:
* Preferably with professional qualification in welding
* Those without necessary qualification but with more than 10 years of supervisory experience in welding is also acceptable.
* Able to interpret drawings and understand welding requirements
* Those with working experience in the marine, oil & gas industry would be an added advantage
