JOB DESCRIPTION:
In need of a Project Controls Manager with EPC experience in a refinery environment.
Top Three Skills:
1 - Project Controls Manager - emphasis on the management of over 100 people.
2 - Overseas experience.
3 - Large Job experience - TIC of 3-4BN.
EXPERIENCE:
10-15 years experience.
Onsite for 3-4 years.
Spanish Speaking preferred.
PROJECT: On Location in Barrancabermeja, Colombia in a PMC role. Conditions of assignment to be disclosed during interview process. The candidate will be an expatriate of our client direct hire position which includes a 20 percent Foreign Service Premium uplift, per diem, etc.
