Legal Adviser Role Qatar
An excellent opportunity has arisen in Qatar for a Sole In House Counsel to join a progressive energy company that prides itself on its enterprise spirit. The Ideal candidate must speak Arabic and be experienced in corporate and M&A work.
- Drafting and advising on general commercial contracts.
-Assisting with identifying and managing legal contract risks
- Interpretation of contractual implications
- Preparation of various contractual documents
- Preparation of guidelines and representing the organisation in its legal procedures to protect its interests.
You will be at least 8 years pqe and provide legal support to both management and user departments. The ideal candidate must have the right demeanour, be flexible in his/her approach and be patient, respectfull and tolerant. International experience is advantageous as is previous experience within the oil and gas industry.
