This is your opportunity to join a leading International Engineering consultancy and work with a highly motivated team. This consultancy boasts an enviable corporate culture where people stay for the long term.

Reporting to the Manager your busy role will consist of;

• Support to Project Managers
• Set up, maintain and monitor project schedules
• Maintenance of Budgets on projects
• Oracle updating and reporting
• Project Invoicing
• Assist with period end reporting
• Assist with preparation of annual project budgets
• Assist with financial accounting
• Assist with analysis of management reports
• Ensure adherence to QA and cost control procedures

This is an opportunity to use your highly developed problem solving abilities within a busy deadline driven environment. If you are a great communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills then you could be the person our client is seeking. To be considered for this position you will possess;

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar Project Accounting Officer role
• Experience with project budgets, WIP and Invoicing
• Experience in handling contracts and subcontracts
• Large construction project experience
• Strong administration and accounting skills
• Project based accounting package experience preferably Oracle
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Intermediate knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
• Tertiary qualification in financial/business discipline desirable
