With a portfolio of major capital projects that spans mining, mineral processing, and oil & gas, this iconic EPCM contractor has the high profile and reputation for project delivery that attracts the best contract personnel in the country.

There are currently two significant mineral sands projects, one green-field and the other brown-field, being undertaken in regional Victoria that have created the demand for experienced construction contractors for an immediate start, and for durations between 6 12 months.

You will be familiar with Instruments of Agreement and RFQ Packages, participate in the preparation of Commercial Bid Evaluations, and assist with the process from Recommendation to Award Contracts, then evaluation of performance of Suppliers & Contractors.

Your responsibilities will include:-

Ensuring that the project objectives of quality, cost, HSE and schedule are being met
Status reports are updated and issued
All commitments are registered and authorized
Legal obligations are passed on to Vendors and contractors
Ensuring procurement and contracts are administered in a professional and ethical manner
You will have proven contracts administration experience, preferably with packages ranging from $100K to $5M.
