Have you got big project experience? Are you a specialist when it comes to contracts? Do you have a desire to work on landmark projects that will reform and reshape SEQ?

Do you have the proven ability to help take a reputable company to greater heights by being well connected in the industry?

Growth in the team means that there is now a position available for a seasoned contracts administrator that has project management experience. Your role will involve working with the senior management to secure future specialty projects.

You will have had a minimum of five years experience in a contracts administrator role on multi million dollar packages. You will have worked for a similar major sub contractor with proven experience in tight labour costs, processing subcontractor payments, dealing with variations and reporting through formal job management programs.

You will also be able to demonstrate an acute attention to detail, strong communication skills while possessing the ability to work autonomously and as part of the team when required. Tertiary qualifications in construction management or a building trade certificate is essential.
