Boasting numerous prestigious awards, our client is looking for an experienced Architect to oversee contract administration on a range of their innovative projects. With a medium sized workforce, this firm offers an immediate start for the right candidate and an enviable role responsible for documentation and contract administration.
Specialising in projects including schools, office buildings, hotels and high-end residential, this company is a decorated architectural firm and an industry leader. Known for consistent delivery in terms of quality, reputation and performance, this group is seeking an experienced Architect to ensure the integrity of design is carried through to the very final stages of construction. You will be proficient in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD and have a demonstrated skill for meticulous documentation.
While you will still be involved at most stages of the projects, your focus in this role will be site based observation of construction, ensuring projects are built according to our clients highly detailed plans and specifications for which they're known. Ideally you will be more than 4 years qualified and have worked on a range of project types.
