This impressive Tier 2 builder has turned over close to $1 Billion dollars over the last financial year with a fantastic range of projects that offer limitless career opportunities for their developing employees. Projects currently stretch across government and commerical projects up to $300M.
Successful applicants will have a tertiary background in Construction Management, engineering or equivalent, as well as a minimum 1 year with a commerical contractor that has given you intial exposure to the industry as well as the opportunity in a contract administration or coordination role.
You will be reporting directly to the Commerical Manager and Project Manager and be comfortable in a contract administration position that covers letting contracts, handling all variations and dealing with subcontractors. Experienced Project Coordinators are also welcome in taking the next step forward to concrete their career but must have been involved with dealing with multiple packages in an almost autonomous role. (Salary adjustment will effect)
