Contracts Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a progressive civil contractor on a significant Perth based project.This position will initially focus on a prestigious project that is located in Perth's south and is a flagship project for the organisation.

To be successful you should:

Have experience as a Senior Contract Administrator or Contracts Administrator in the construction industry and be able to demonstrate a proven history of successfully working on construction projects.

Furthermore you will require previous experience of:

Procurement

Negotiation with Sub- Contractors

Administration of claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence

Budget management and reporting

Accurate and timely reporting

A high level of attention to detail.

Relevant qualification's related to construction will be highly regarded.
