An excellent opportunity has arisen for an accomplished contract manager to join our client teams. Reporting to the Contracts Manager and working within the Capital Works and Infrastructure team the contracts officer will be responsible for Contracts Officer is responsible for administering the Master Plan and Asset Maintenance works contracts.

The ideal candidate will have experience:-
Relevant tertiary qualification and relevant experience in building and construction processes in a supervisory capacity.
Ability to interpret detailed drawings and contract documents of complex and multi-disciplinary nature.
Demonstrated capacity to manage and deliver construction projects on time and within budget.
Ability to prepare tender and contract documentation, arrange tenders and administer construction contracts.
Ability to participate in inspection and testing of building and construction work.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a capacity to liaise and work with a variety of specialist disciplines; and
Good analytical and problem solving skills to resolve complex and sensitive contractual issues.
