Our Client are a well known and long established Formwork and Concrete Placement company who provide services to major builders on a national basis.

As a result or repeat business they are now looking for an experienced Site Engineer /Project Engineer /Contracts Administrator / Quantity Surveyor who can assist with the day to day delivery of projects within Time cost and Quality.

This role will be mainly based on a few sites around Sydney with occasional visits to head office.

The successful applicant is likely to have:

At least Three to Five years experience with a concrete placement company. Other single trade structures will be considered ( EG Structural steel etc)
A degree or equivalent in Construction Management /Quantity Surveying/ Structural engineering or similar.
Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional documentation skills such as RFIs /dayWorks Sheets /Site Diaries /OH&S etc.
Ability to price and agree variations with main contractors
Checkable references.
