CNI was established in 2006 to represent the State and communities of Queensland on major infrastructure projects. A wholly owned Queensland Government operation, CNI acts as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). CNI's first projects are the combined Airport Link, Northern Busway (Windsor to Kedron) and Airport Roundabout Upgrade.

You will be responsible for providing support to the relevant Contract Managers for the purposes of managing the State's obligations under the Projects' contract documents. Key objectives include preparation of supporting information for preparing all forms of contractual correspondence and documentation, reviewing issues raised by the technical team and advising on contractual ramifications, manipulation of issues database for data management and reporting.

To be successful, you will be a Contract Administrator with a sound knowledge of Australian contract specifications, strong negotiation ability and exceptional interpersonal skills. Experience on large infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
