Immediate Start: contract role on career defining project
1st tier builder

This national, 1st tier construction company has the size and ability to successfully manage projects of all sizes. This capacity allows them to deliver every project with an equal standard of service which ensures customer satisfaction. They are currently working on some of the largest commercial projects within the Perth CBD but also specialise within the residential, industrial and leisure sectors.

Due to sheer volume of work they have a current requirement for a contract administrator for a large commercial project in Perth. The role will initially be a contract role of 6 months with the possibility of permanent from there.

You will...

Be Degree Qualified
Have a history of working on projects over $50 million have a keen eye for detail and will be astute in identifying deviations from the scope of work. This would have been achieved through 5 years + experience in a similar role previously.
be a pragmatic Contracts Administrator who will embrace the challenges and opportunities this company will provide.
be responsible for reporting to the Project Manager on all aspects of the cost and contractual administration of the project from its inception.
be responsible for developing and administering all contract documents and will oversee all commercial aspects throughout all stages of construction negotiate terms of business and commercial issues with contractors and as such will be an excellent negotiator and an exceptional communicator.
be a true builder, but will understand client and relationship management as well.
