This newly created role for a Civil Contracts Administrator will see you joining a high quality mid-tier firm that is offering a long term career opportunity for the aspiring Construction Manager. Working with a Construction Manager that is recognized as an excellent mentor; the Civil Contracts Administrator will be responsible for between 4-6 jobs at any one time, administering head contracts and sub-contracts, managing the relationships with third party consultants and subbies, processing claims/variations, procurement and document management. What we're looking for:

Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
Expert skills in Microsoft Excel
Minimum of 3 years experience in a contracts administration role, preferably within civil construction
Previous experience in development works and sub-divisions is highly desirable
