Purpose: 

Provides end user performance support and change control for 1SAP in Human Resources. 

Core Accountabilities:

• Demonstrate and instil an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development.
• Demonstrate commitment to the BHP Billiton Charter and Code of Business Conduct.
• Support end users in the proper use of 1SAP for Human Resources.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources Business Process Data Lead in defining, implementing, recommending, communicating, and controlling changes.
• Transfer knowledge of 1SAP Human Resources to end users, increase end user troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities.
• Communicate value and benefits of Human Resources processes to end users and business leaders.

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Motivate others and build sense of purpose and value.
• Mentor employees to improve their skill sets with the SAP program.
• Change management – maintain a sense of direction during change, and clearly communicate the value and purpose of changes when they occur.
• Strong computer skills, with emphasis on databases. SAP experience – Human Resources data experience preferred

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, SAP experience preferred.
