Situated in the Pilbara region of Western Australia in a town that can offer you first class facilities including shopping centres, sporting facilities and first class education services.

We are seeking a Process Coordinator to work in the laboratory. The purpose of your role will be to ensure that the capability targets of the Laboratory are achieved by:
* Monitoring equipment reliability and initiating corrective actiion
* Training and competency assessment of Laboratory team members in quality critical procedures
* Maintaining the Laboratory personnel competency records
* Overseeing and coordinating the Laboratory calibration, QAQC and routine monitoring regimes
* Managing the Laboratory information systems
* Providing technical advice to the Lab team.

You should hold a tertiary degree in Science preferably with a Chemistry major (this is a minimum requirement). You should also have extensive experience in XRF Spectrometry as well as practical experience with computerised information systems. It is desirable that you are:
* Familiar with Quality Management systems
* Have proven analytical skills for a high level of problem solving
* Experience in the development of training materials and conduct of competency assessments
