Metallurgy Manager - Residential Role

We are looking to recruit a Metallurgy Manager to join this major nickel operation at it's site close to Kalgoorlie. This mining house also have major mining projects at various other sites across Western Australia.

If you are highly motivated and looking to make your next career move then this could be the perfect role for you. Reporting directly to the Resident Manager your main responsibilities will include:-
* The implementation, development and resourcing of systems and functions to support and achieve the BSN strategic (LOM) plan whilst maintaining the current processes
* Coordinating resources within the BSN Processing department to ensure processing contribution is optimised to meet or exceed BSN targets
* Managing the relationship between present practices and future needs
* Provide leadership for the ongoing strategic development and continuous improvement of the processing plant
* Developing and implementing strategies to ensure adequate future resources requirements and effective and efficient resource utilisation

To apply for this role you should have:-
* Extensive experience working within a mining environment/processing plant with several years at management level
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Metallurgy or a related subject
* At least 10 years industry experience with a minimum of 3 years at Senior level
* The ability to drive and implement continuous improvement strategies
