Looking to strike gold and make a great career move ? We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Superintendent for the Eastern Wheatbelt. This is an expanding organisation that is also looking at other projects in gold, nickel and copper with a healthy exploration budget.

In order to succeed in this role you should have a credible background working in the role as Maintenance Superintendent. You will need to be extremely proactive, forward thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have extensive supervisory/management experience and be able to offer first class support and coaching to your crew.

You should hold a relevant tertiary/trade qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering and ideally held your maintenance post within a gold environment.

You should be familiar with computerised maintenance systems (ideally Pronto) as well as demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling and budgeting activities to develop maintenance plans.

If you feel you have got the appropriate experience together with the relevant qualifications then our client can offer you a competitive renumeration package plus excellent benefits.
