Our client, a global nickel producing company seeks a self-motivated leader for the position of Electrical/Instrument Supervisor.

Your role will be to coordinate and supervise a small electrical team and associated tradespersons in the efficient maintenance of the operations and support infrastructure.

The successful applicant will have:
* 5-10yrs post trade electrical maintenance experience within the mining industry
* At least 2 years supervisory experience
* Experience gained within a Process Plant
* Trades qualified in electrical and instrumentation engineering
* Hold a WA A grade Electrical license or equivalent interstate qualification
* Be conversant with computer maintenance management systems such as Pronto

You will be responsible for all aspects of electrical maintenance including:
* Coordination of labour team and training functions
* Ensure all maintenance targets, budgets and schedules are achieved
* Allocating tasks to the appropriate personal
* Liaise with the Planning and Production teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of maintenance and production activities
* Develop and motivate your team to maximise performance and ensure safety focus.
* Ability to recognise potential hazards
