A rare opportunity has arisen with one of the worlds largest engineering groups for a Senior Project Manager to look after a mega project based in Western Australia. The project is finishing feasibility study, and will be moving into EPCM early in 2008. Valued at several billion dollars, the scheme is one of Australia largest and most prestigious, and will run for at least another 5 years.

Widely respected across the industry, the group are looking for a highly experienced project engineer / manager who has a demonstrated background in the resources and mining sector. To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in project managing large-scale schemes, ideally over the $1billion value. You will also ideally have experience in Iron-Ore schemes, however a background in other resource and mining areas will also be considered.

With more large-scale projects coming on line, the group can offer you a varied and interesting long-term career. This is a senior post, reporting into the Asia Pacific Directorate, and will carry a salary commensurate with the responsibilities.
