You are currently seeking a change for the better – a long term career opportunity working for a world leader in power generation and electricity transmission and distribution. You will enjoy working in a diverse atmosphere whilst ensuring customers’ requirements are met as well as managing costs and milestones.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing a large Trackside substation project, identifying and documenting risks, engaging in project risk minimization and advising of major variances. You will also provide technical and commercial support to other Project Engineers as required. You will be able to work well within a team environment and possess strong leadership abilities in order to delegate duties to a small team.

You will possess an Electrical Engineering degree or advanced knowledge within the power industry, switchgear construction and manufacturing knowledge and switchgear operation and system requirements. You will have a business understanding of Contract Law and Australian Standards. You will also have well developed planning, organizational and communication skills.
