Our client is one of Western Australia's premier, medium-tier, design and construct companys specialising within the heavy industrial sector. They have an immediate requirement for a Project Manager to join their Perth office to manage the initial stages of a new mineral sands project in WA.

This is a senior role for a Project Manager whose responsibility will be to pull together the project scopes and pricing information in order to formulate the total project definition for the client. The project itself involves the construction of a new concentrator within the gravity plant for an existing mineral sands processing plant. The overall budget of this will be approximately $20-30m.

Ideally we are seeking a tertiary qualified Mechanical Engineer with at least 5-10 years experience as a Project Manager on mineral processing projects for the mining sector. Similar project experience in other sectors will also be considered.

In addition to these technical requirements the successful applicant must be commercially astute, communicate well and possess a desire to deliver their best result every time.

This is a Perth based role for 4 months over the summer months that will provide an ideal opportunity to spend time with the family or friends. On offer is a fantastic hourly rate while working for one of Perths most highly regarded employers.
