Our client are a leading EPCM contractor and are looking to expand their site team on a major mine expansion project in a coastal location south of Perth. This is an opportunity to work on a prestigious multi-million dollar project in picturesque coastal location.

Based on site you will be a Cost Engineer with at least 2 years experience in the mining and process environment. You will need to be comfortable with all aspects of cost control including forecasting costs, verifying and processing progress claims, measuring and reporting progress, reporting on monthly costs and building and maintaining a commercial relationship with contractors..

This is a minimum 12 month contract position where you will be required to work a 52-hour week Monday to Friday. It is a drive in/drive out role and you will be provided with full board en-suite accomodation on site, and will be given a travel allowance to assist with transport costs to and from site. Our client are offering a generous remuneration for this role of $70 per hour and upwards depending on experience.
