Our client is a leading producer of lithium and tantalum mineral concentrates. Their operations are located about 250kms south west of Perth, in a scenic area near the cultural, farming and tourism centres of Balingup and Bridgetown.

This role is offered on a residential basis and you will be working as part of the OHS and Training Team. The Safety and Training Officers key responsibilities will be:
* Assisting with implementing safety and training strategies
* Developing and delivering training to meet site business needs
* Accident/incident investigation and risk analysis
* Assisting with hygiene monitoring
* Maintaining and auditing site safety and training systems

Essential requirements for this role include Certificate IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor, Certificate IV Occupational Health and Safety. You will also have relevant experience in mining and mineral processing capacity. Mines Rescue and hygiene experience would be well regarded.
