(R420,000-692,000 Per Annum Cost To Company)
Permanent management level position in the Mining sector in South Africa (Limpopo).
the Superintendent Technical Training will be responsible for the management of all technical training at the company. The activities will include the provision of trained and competent personnel to the business. Responsibilities:
Implement training and development programmes
Design fit for purpose training programmes according to business needs
Direct all learning delivery in terms of job competency requirements
Maintain training quality managemtn systems to meet business needs and to ensure compliance with national strucutres
Carry out skills analysis projects to determine business skills requirements
Maintain induction training and regular follow-up to ensure that employees are compliant with the requisite company procedures, standarsds and legislation
Maintain technical training systems for all business needs including initiatives such as job enrichment, performance evaluation and capability development
Idtentify skills and competencies for each role and ensure that stat returns and workplace skills plans are submitted to the appropriate SETA
3 year degree/diploma in behavioral sciences
Min of 5 years experience in a Specialist HR Training role
Proven track record in effective project planning, management and review
Must have training experience within Mining Environment - essential
