Financial Accountant

Position Synopsis

Reporting to the Business Controller, you will assume the responsibility of the following core areas:

• Maintain a centralised SOX program for Marketing;

• Maintain generic marketing SOX documentation;

• Monitor and control the quality of various SOX activities both inside and outside the system;

• Proper maintain internal control of Singapore corporate finance & service function;

• Coordinate SOX testing with internal and external auditors;

• Regularly update and report to Group Accounting and Senior Management the status of the yearly program;

• Ensure compliance with guidelines and consistency across all TMUs;

• Ensure all activities are fully completed by due date;

• Maintain SOD model for MSAP;

• Perform various analysis and prepare various reports to support Singapore overhead cost management;

• Participate in projects when it is required;

• Act as back up for other team members within the Finance Department when required.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelors degree in accounting or economics or equivalent

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in compliance or audit

• Computer literate, SAP experience highly recommended

• Fluent English, both verbal and written
