POSITION SYNOPSIS
We now seek a team-focused and exceptionally organized person to assist in providing support to the Contract Manager within the Pearl Project. In this diverse role you will be instrumental in controlling all commercial related aspects of contracts within the Pearl Project. You will also have accountability for the approval of invoices, additional cost claims, backcharge recovery, formal contractual amendments and the provision of contractual advice to other project areas which will ensure a smooth and efficient contract and supply function. Working closely with the Project Controls and Procurement Department and both internal and external stakeholders, you will also be involved in preparing monthly tender and contracts documentation and management reporting.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You will have extensive experience as a Contract Administrator or procurement buyer in a fast-paced Supply Chain Management Team and your experience working in the resources industry or multi-national company will support your tertiary qualification of Law, Business Administration, Accounting or Engineering with professional attitude. You will be no stranger to meeting deadlines within your work and your organisational skills will allow you to complete these effectively. Through your effective organisation and time management skills you will have proven yourself as a leader in your field and a valuable member or any team you have been in. Advanced computer literacy is essential, as is your fluency both English Language and Bahasa (Indonesian).
This is a Jakarta-based position.
Indonesian Nationality and the authority to work in Indonesia is required for this role.
