Location: Australia POSITION SYNOPSIS
Organisational Development / Workforce Planning - You will be responsible for the implementation and on-going maintenance of Workforce planning, the implementation of the PEP process for all Cannington Staff, the management and facilitation of the BLAST program, talent management and succession planning processes, development planning tracking processes, and the implementation of an extended development procedure which includes working in conjunction with other Queensland Assets to develop people and enhance succession planning.
Employee Relations - You will lead a team of HR professionals in managing both the day-to day requirements and tasks, as well as continuous improvement of HR employee relations policies and procedures including EEO, harrassment & discrimination, remuneration management, leave provisions and employee assistance programs. You will facilitate the correct application and record of performance and talent management issues, organisational changes, as well as the compilation and coordination of monthly reports, statistics and ad hoc tasks.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be successful in either role, you will have demonstrated experience in a Senior Human Resources role, combined with tertiary qualifications in HR or similar. A demonstrated understanding of contemporary organisational development and employee relations strategies, combined with practical experience in a mining or heavy industry environment will be highly regarded. You will have a dedicated service delivery work ethic, and a well developed team leadership ability.
