Groupe belge investi dans les travaux publics et la production de matériaux de construction au Congo RDC.
Description de l'annonce :
Rattaché(e) au Directeur Général, vous assurez l'entière responsabilité du Pôle Concassage. Vous avez pour mission d'assurer la réalisation des activités de préparation du minerai et d'optimiser les objectifs de production. Ses missions principales seront de :
- Superviser les activités et contrôler les résultats;
- Prendre part à l'évaluation du personnel;
- Veiller au respect des normes des différents appareils de concassage;
- Contrôler la validité des réglages des appareils;
- Assurer la maintenance des installations et signaler tout dysfonctionnement pour en assurer l'entretien;
- Prendre part aux différents essais de traitement;
- Veiller au respect des normes et consignes de sécurité et de respect de l'environnement;
- Mettre en place et garantir le respect des normes et procédures du groupe;
- Animer et encadrer les équipes techniques.
Profil recherché :
Diplômé(e) d'une Ecole d'Ingénieur en Production, Mécanique ou Travaux Publics, ou bien titulaire d'une formation universitaire équivalente, vous attestez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience sur le pôle concassage de sites de production, idéalement acquise au sein d'un exploitant de carrières.
Vous disposez d'une bonne expérience terrain et saurez apporter votre sens de l'organisation et de la rigueur.
