You are a talented and experienced HR / IR Manager with an extensive history in the construction, engineering or mining sectors. Are you seeking that work life balance that allows you quality time with your family in one of Australian’s most beautiful locations away from the hustle and bustle of the city while not sacrificing any of the conveniences that the city provides?

You will posses the skills to provide HR / IR advise and support to the management team, ensure compensation and benefit programs are consistent with the market, implement dynamic HR incentives and retention strategies, ensure that development programs are implemented to build organizational capabilities along with performance management and rehabilitation and injury management.

Are you a strategic and hands on individual with a lead by example mentality that will create a positive and rewarding work environment that focuses on developing people while drawing on your broad HR background with extensive understanding and experience in employment law and employment relations
