Background Required:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering. Mining or Mineral Processing preferred. Master Degree or MBA preferred.
Mechanical aptitude required.
1+ years marketing experience.
Willing to travel 30-40%.
Self Starter. Hands on. Likes to work close to the customer.
Boots on the ground- in the trenches mentality.
Works well in an unstructured environment.
Team player with leadership traits.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities:
Will lead the Sales team in the national and international sales of mining screening technology and related products.
Develop the sales and marketing objectives and strategy for company screening technology products.
Work in concert with other key Managers to hire and train new Product Applications Engineers.
Develop and carry out the Marketing strategy and initiatives for the products assigned.
Assume the responsibility for selling to a group of accounts and selected Geographical areas.
