The Client-Well known as market leaders andlargest Fire Protection companies in the World.The boast a highly reputable product line consisting of Commercial, Industrial & Domestic Fire Protection Products covering a variety of Industries including Mining, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Government, Health & Industrial sectors.They also provide mechanical services including the supply, design, installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning of their products.
The Role-Business Development Manager.Key accountabilities include:
Achieve sales budgets, revenue & gross profit margins
Sales Reporting
Design & implement specific sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets including sales campaigns
Cold Calling and following up on warm leads
Develop & maintain client prospect database
Presentations & demonstrations
Preparation of tender documents through to project management stage
The Ideal Candidate-Will have extensive knowledge of the building & construction sales industry as well as previous experience dealing with facilities managers, key decision makers, engineers and consultants.You will have strong business acumen, have developed good customer service skills, be driven and results oriented, strong negotiation skills and have technical aptitude.You tertiary qualifications in sales or marketing will be highly regarded.
On Offer-A very competitive base salary of $55K circa, aggressive monthly paid commissions, car, phone and super
