Project Manager

This locally based organisation has successfully completed a range of projects including transport infrastructure, land and property developments as well as major earth works and smaller waste water treatment plants. Known and respected for being a leader in the mid tiered sector throughout Queensland, they are currently seeking a Project Manager who is looking to be a key player in the management team.

With an established office in Brisbane as well as Townsville, this is an organisation driven to win more work throughout the state and to continue to work closely with their many repeat clients that they have established. With a focus on quality, continued client development as well as safety and environment, the role will see you initially based in the office to help win more projects and then go out and deliver these projects up to $30M.

You will have a minimum of 3 years at the Project Management level on projects up to $10m and have experience in some of the areas below:

Roads & Bridges(an understanding of Qld Main Roads Specifications will be highly regarded)
Subdivisions (Both industrial and residential)
Airfield Developments
Utilities
This role reports directly to the Construction Manager and has total responsibility for the delivery of projects in the greater Brisbane region

Your role will be responsible for a number of foreman and project engineers as well as ensuring the development of up and coming graduates and junior staff. Total financial responsibility for the projects will be yours and an ability to run up to 3 projects at a time is vital.
