The Company
The vision of our client is to be an internationally respected commercial port manager in all operational and environmental aspects, and to provide facilities to support trade growth for the benefit of the NSW economy. Due to continued growth they are seeking project managers to support their business.

The Role

Ideally you will be a Project Manager form a civil contracting back ground with 10 years of relevant marine or civil infrastructure experience who wishes to challenge their skills and experience delivering prestigious marine and infrastructure projects in NSW.

You will be Responsible for:

Total management of one or more civil construction projects
Management of budgets and contract negotiations
Development of efficiency improvements utilizing all departments within the organization
Deliver projects on-time and on budget
Responsibility for quality assurance, health, safety and environmental protection.
Your Key Attributes
Bachelor's degree in civil, building or marine engineering.
Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You'll possess a hands on approach and a flexible "can do" attitude.
Possess knowledge of contract management, cost planning, pre qualification, tendering
A strong ability to motivate and manage staff and mentor junior staff.
