My client is a nationally-recognised provider of design, construction, maintenance and demolition services for the petrochemical industry.

Their quality and excellence of service has seen them undergo rapid expansion, which has created an opportunity for an Project Manager (Environmental) to join their Environmental Services team, based in Brisbane. Reporting directly to the Brisbane Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of environmental projects of varying size, co-ordinating internal labour and subcontractors and will be heavily involved in the whole project, from tender response to the supervision of sub-contractors and completion. You will also use your Business Development skills to increase the company's Qld customer base. This is a role that can offer you a little bit of everything, and will allow you to develop your skills in the many aspects of Environmental Project Management. To be considered for this role, you will be able to offer the company:

Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science or Engineering
A strong background in Project Management & proven track record of delivering projects on budget and on time
Experience in earthworks, demolition and environmental remediation is an advantage
Solid computer skills, incl Microsoft Office
Understanding of Health & Safety implications of working in hazardous conditions
Ability to manage sub-contractors and internal labourers
Strong team-working ability
