This is your chance to work for a construction firm that prides itself in results and project deliverance! Specialising in Pipeline construction this firms capabilities vary from pipe lines in populated City Regions to remote locations, rivers, railways and along gas and high voltage lines. You are a highly motivated Senior Manager looking to manage all aspects of day to day operations in a faced paced construction firm, which is experiencing rapid growth in the Australian Market.

Having an eye for detail and an infectious enthusiasm for delivering project results your main responsibilities will be the development of an effective operational strategy which is aimed at meeting the firms client expectations. You will be involved in the strategic and operational planning also implementing and maintaining business systems to support project requirements. Your ability to deliver quality management services to new and existing clients is imperative regarding operational matters as is your knowledge in ensuring all aspects of the businesses operations are compliant with regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this organization you will have at least 5 years previous experience in an operations managers role or in a similar capacity. Previous project management experience is essential in a construction engineering environment with the ability to lead a team to company objectives.
