Document Controller

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing efficient information management flow, maintaining the overall document control system for the project team, whilst continually responding to and managing information requests from project stakeholders.

Specific responsibilities will include:

* Improve efficiency, productivity and risk management, in relation to the organisation of project information
* Minimise risk by capturing high volumes of project documentation within the document control system, ensuring audit trails exist.
* Increase project team productivity and efficiency, ensuring fast access to project information, allowing team members to focus on safe and successful project delivery.
* Ensure document reviews and correspondence within required project timeframes.

The successful applicant will have extensive document control experience within project based environments, having focused on information management and project correspondence. Previous experience in monitoring and reviewing document control systems and processes, along with report production and information tracking / monitoring is essential. Experience in the implementation of document control systems will be well regarded

We are looking for a self motivated person who is proactive within fast turnaround environments. Displaying initiative, you will be a strong communicator and comfortable with people management and liaising at all levels.
