Consolidations Accountant

Group Functions Finance Johannesburg

We require the services of a Consolidations Accountant in the Shared Business Services department of our Johannesburg office.

As the Consolidation Accountant, your primary focus will be to execute financial consolidation functions (including but not limited to running the consolidation tasks, processing consolidation journal entries, and executing consolidation related controls), and provide first-level support to customers on the consolidations system and process

Serious contenders will have a combination of the following exposure, competencies and qualifications required for success: Relevant Degree - in Accounting - 3 years Experience Technically proficient in Microsoft office (suite - especially Excel). CPA certification is considered an advantage

Knowledge of Group systems - (GSAP, BCS, BPS, websites, E-rooms,Communities of Practice e.t.c).
