PROCESSING MANAGER
THE ROLE
Responsible for the metallurgical performance and improvements of the plant through leadership of the metallurgy team, and the mill production, maintenance, mining and geology teams to achieve plant throughput and recovery requirements.

The successful applicant will have previous superintendent or senior metallurgist experience in gold plants, demonstrated advanced computing, metallurgical accounting, mass balancing, circuit optimization and plant budgeting experience backed by a tertiary metallurgical qualification.

�� Demonstrated maturity and leadership skills including a preparedness to train and develop a winning team accountable for results at the same time as engendering a strong team ethic through training, mentoring and support.
�� An absolute commitment to developing and supporting a safety focused culture in the workplace
�� Ability to think through problems on the job and come up with solutions in difficult operating conditions.
�� An appreciation and awareness of working in a foreign country and the cultural sensitivities of this.
�� Previous experience in an expat or international location is desirable but not essential.

THE REWARDS
You will be offered an attractive remuneration package, including generous leave and a tax free salary and based on an initial 2 year contract with likelihood of renewal as desired. Applicants who wish to commute (6 weeks on/3 weeks off) as well as those who wish to be based in country (with or without family) after an initial FIFO period are both encouraged to apply.
