We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to work within the Commercial and Strategic Business Development Team.

You will be responsible to coordinate all design consultants during D&C tender periods and on into the secured project, negotiate consultancy agreements with consultants for design work during tenders and projects, provide constructability input into the design solution and ensure designs are delivered on time and budget to suit construction project, coordinate with design verifiers and the clients design reviewers and write design management plans and components of bid submissions.

Ideal application will have at least 10 years experience in the construction industry preferably with exposure to design consultancy and construction sides of the industry and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
