The Company

My client is at the forefront of the construction industry. Their specialist skills in complex infrastructure, communications infrastructure, teamed with their traditional business of building and civil contracting means our client is one of the most diverse and experienced civil contracting companies in the country.

The Role

Environmental issues are an area they are passionate about and they have been expanding and developing their team. Due to internal promotion we are looking for an Environmental Manager to work in their North Shore location but to oversee a number of projects in NSW.

This role is going to be interesting and varied and you will be exposed to civil infrastructure and build projects >$50M. Taking responsibility for implementation and management of environmental systems and management plans. You will monitor report and audit projects and ensure that all environmental issues are dealt with accordingly.

The Candidate

Degree or territory qualified in environmental science, you will have 5 years practical experience in an environmental role, either with a contractor or consultancy. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail and be career-minded. You will also need to be flexible as travel to projects sites across NSW will be required.
