My Client is an industry leading and Globally empowered Construction Consultancy with operations in 4 continents and a network of over 50 offices.

They are currently looking for a systematic and forward thinking Contracts Manager to join their operations in Perth and contribute to their expanding Coal and Iron Ore projects

Your ideal qualities:

7 plus years experience as a Contract services practitioner within construction industryExperience of procurement of multi million dollar contracts and negotiationsFormal legal qualificationExcellent computer skills Your responsibilities:

Work with Procurement Manager to provide contract and legal advice relating to procurement strategyIdentification and mitigation of risksDrafting of contract positions for inclusion in tender documentationEvaluation of contractual and legal implications of Tender submissionsEvaluation of final contract positions with preferred contractors and suppliersIf you would like to opportunity to join this well established organisation that prides itself on innovation please contact Bianca via the details below
